Risks ?
Uk law currently says you can kick a trans bloke out the mens for being female at birth AND out the ladies for looking too much like a bloke.
I believe there is a case making its way to the ECHR at this very moment so the matter will be resolved pretty quickly I would imagine.
Presumably then , they consider that there is no right to single sex spaces (of any kind?) under the ECHR.
