Not the first protest! We had a really big protest in 2018 when Trump and Putin met in Helsinki.

Most people in Finland already hate trump. Protesting against him here is not going to change anything.
But if you want to do it for yourself to let off some steam, why not.

Why are we protesting for the US constitution in Finland exactly? We already decided on this whole king business in 1918 ourselves.

Lol this would be hilarious and pathetic 😂

Why the heck would we finns go? Our own governments have a long and deep tradition of sucking harda and we are more worried about prices increasing while wages are stagnated than some US president.
While most of us do not really like trump protesting here 1. Does not change a thing. 2. Looks stupid and uppity.

Of all the things that are going on in Finland, they going to protest against a foreign elected President… okay. Have fun I guess.

Yay, cultural imperialism at its best. Let’s protest at an imaginary problem from the other side of the world, instead of any real problem in our own country.

Well, now the jobless have an afternoon planned.

I sure can understand US folks abroad taking part, but we Finns don’t really have a problem with wannabe monarchs in our midst.

I can understand the point of the protests against Israel since there is some action that might follow from Finnish representatives.
However, this one doesn’t make any sense. We are not going to stop trade with the US and most people don’t like Trump anyway. The best outcome for Finland is that Stubb tells Trump he is handsome, Trump gives us better tarriff deals and buys things from Finland and then hopefully forgets we exist.
If Americans want him out, they should consider voting next time.

While i despise trump and what he does. He is the elected president of another country, not Finland. And i dont think foreigners should start dictating (or try to influence in that manner) how other countries want to do things within their country, or who they want as president.
I mean if you are troubled about some deal or what ever that Finnish government does with current president of US or some other country, then protest against the Finnish government for doing so. Muricans elected trump and now they have him, trying to interfere with that would be interfering with democracy. So this sort of protest, even tho it is against a republican, is actually anti-democratic, which i dont think is ok.
If this was protest against Finnish government dealing with Trump, then it would be ok. Tho bad idea because we have some common goals that we need partnership with, such as helping Ukraine, and trump wanting to buy icebreakers from Finland, thus it helps our economy if we try to get that desl instead of just saying FU to trump.
