just take and sanction everything we can, cripple them while vlads in charge
China and India will continue to buy Russian oil regardless, then resell it to the UK.
Huge blow? I think we overestimate the impact this will have. Russia has resellers like China.

In 2021 we imported from Russia:
22% coal, 9% oil, 4% gas
Today, we’re at:
0% coal, 3% oil, 0% gas
Oil was banned in 2022, but that 3% is coming from russian crude oil refined in other countries into oil derivatives
This new sanction bans the import of russian oil refined in third party nations.
