Ora non so se fidarmi o meno di questo ragazzo, qualcuno che ha esperienza e conoscenza del marketplace di Facebook può guidarmi e consigliarmi?

“Minä kuuntelen, herra.” sounds like something a movie villain would say, kind of like “I am listening, (my) lord.”
Likely they used “mister” which is “herra” in Finnish and can also mean “lord”/“master” too. Sounds comically formal/old fashioned.
