The US threw money at them, way more than we could offer so off they went. Its all very hypothetical whether they will ever get the volumes they are aiming for but that doesn’t bother Trump who is trying to get one over on the Chinese.
This is pretty significant.
“Securenomics” is looking a bit hollow at the moment.
UK offers 5 mill and US offers 500 mill. Yeah that wasn’t really much of a hard decision.
