Ciao a tutti, la maniglia o il meccanismo della porta del balcone sembra avere qualche problema di allineamento. Per chiuderlo non devo più posizionare la maniglia rivolta verso il basso. Ora devo spingerlo più a sinistra e questo non lo chiude nemmeno correttamente. Qualche suggerimento su cosa dovrei cercare di risolvere? Oppure posso contattare il mio padrone di casa?

maybe a broken spring
Usually there is only a loose coupling between the handle and the locking pins. Like rack and pinion (or more like a cam). If this slips or breaks you see this behavior (or the exakt opposite).
Get a window guy and have them fix it (or the landlord).
Could you share a photo of the entire side of the door with the locking rail?
