Why did I read that in Trump’s voice?
You know, we’re living in the worst of time since WWII. History does not repeat itself, but it echoes. I am however convinced that this makes our generation build character in another way than our parents and grandparents. I watched “Darkest Hour” today and the scene where Churchill asks the American President about weapons is so intense and relevant. And then the offer that the planes could be at the border and the British could pull them over. So absurd.
