L’Unione Europea dei Medici Specialisti, che rappresenta la comunità medica in Europa, ha utilizzato l’espressione "Cipro" con la bandiera della TRNC in un sondaggio internazionale preparato, escludendo dall’elenco l’amministrazione greco-cipriota di Cipro meridionale.
Poiché la questione è diventata argomento di discussione in Grecia, molti cittadini greci chiedono reazioni e boicottaggi contro le istituzioni europee.

I didn’t know anything about FEMS but I’ve looked it up and it’s the “European Federation of Salaried Doctors” not the “European Union of Medical Specialists” and it seems to be a federation of medical unions.

There’s no member from RoC only a member from the occupied north. That’s why it doesn’t have the RoC flag
