      American presidents change, but the KGB stays the same.
      Russia only honors agreements that work in its favor – the rest aren’t worth the paper they are written on.

      This meeting in Budapest is just a trap/setup for EU because:

      1. Putin can’t really get to Budapest unless some sanctions are reduced/erroded (no flights) So this would undermine EU credibility as a whole.
      2. He should be arrested under ICC (but Orban is setting the EU devision in place) Elections are coming in Hungary so he will use it in his campaign..
      3. Trump wants EU to do their part (and stop buying Russian fossil fuels) whilst Orban is the main reason why this is not going to happen.

      Orbán and his mafia are currently in their “Reich during the late summer of 1944” phase. They can still fight, but the writing’s on the wall and the question is not if the empire falls, but when. And people inside the system are, shall we say, weighing their options.

      Orbán lobbied hard for this summit. This is his Wunderwaffe that will hopefully turn the tide of the war, since he can use it as an excuse to look like a serious international player before his slowly, but surely shrinking constituency.

      Why the F… are we still talking about the mango Mussolini potentially doing anything to stop the war and provide a just peace for Ukraine???
      He is clearly a spineless, ahistorical, ignorant, vainglorious president of a country which itself has 1/3 of inhabitants with similar traits.
      Time for Europe to go into emergency mode and take over responsibility 100% for supporting Ukraine until the successful expulsion of the Russian invaders. It will be expensive and hard, but still way better than Trump’s futile, or worse, circus.
