average speed of 19.84 km per hour for more than 2 hours straight, incredible.
Wow, and he’s been still working part-time instead of going fully pro. I imagine there’s a lot of room for improvement when he inevitably gets the backing to go pro 👏👏👏

There’s loads of talent in distance running in Ireland. 2 07 is world class and 2.06 won Paris Olympics last time. He’s on his way.
