I did my best to write it down in Swedish, there are a couple of words that I don’t get so if there is a fellow Swede who can chime in.. Parts of the grammar is weird but maybe they spoke like this in the 50s 😅
Its a bit hard to read, confusing grammar and almost rambling. Also looks like it was written by two people.
I will try to break the lines as they are written on the card.
(part 2, this bit is really hard to read)

About the pants in spessart. I think spessart is a German mountain range (area) , so I assume Calle has been ripping his pants “mountaineering” , and the author expresses surprise that a 20 year old man can not be more careful with his clothes.
I think much of the weird grammar, is due to how they spoke in 50s, and also trying to cram as much info as possible into the small writing area of a postcard, using ink, and no ability to edit. (And possibly the reliving memories included a hefty amount of German beer and wine)

Jag är så lycklig över att få vara med (name) i (city). Där upplever vi gamla minnen. Det är ett underbart vacket sommarväder.
Puss och kram till dig från moster Lisa
