You do see some people taking the absolute mickey with the tiniest of cut out L plates on the rear windows
Can we do something about the people who cut the white off the L and N stickers?

What when someone is driving along on a wet day, on a wet muddy road and the license plate has mud all over it.. Will they make allowances for that
