The reason I write this from France is that the housing crisis got so bad that I realized that I would never, ever be able to afford any sort of place I might want to live it in Amsterdam where we were living.
This nice little house we got in France costs less than a studio apartment in Amsterdam, and we’re in a bustling city not much smaller than Amsterdam.
