Shure it’s just another rural pursuit.
They probably went grazing where they shouldn’t have been. Thats the excuse usually used around here.
Wish I could inherit a ball of land to have to worry about..
Really, the only thing we can feasibly do is right now act as one society and take measurements to both buttress ourselves from global instability and raise the quality of living for all those disenfranchised and essentially excluded from the public forum while centrally planning a recession proof economy based on labour-value equality and absolutely dismantling the current financial institutions running amok with our economy and “design” the country to achieve specific aims that benefit the entire population and employing every single person in the country in this project, educating holistically and critically, having a massive, nondiscriminatory public forum where anyone can present ideas and be heard while simultaneously educating everyone equally and allowing them to specialise as their cognitive traits develop so basically the entire country works as one giant, hyper-efficient “corporation”.

What a horrible thing to discover, the poor man. But that’ll be investigated like any other major theft, won’t it? Will the purloined sheep have tags, or better, surely they can be identified by DNA now.
So if a rural garda were tootling around looking for more than usually bewildered sheep, if they found a suspect flock wouldn’t some min of ag database have a useful record of them, and to whom they belong?
Those feckin foxes are at it again. There’s a lot of them about, so there is.
Dunno how the thieves sleep at night…aside from counting all their looted sheep.
