Turkey shot down a Ruzzian military jet that did exactly that and strayed into Turkish airspace with zero consequences.
It is the only way they will learn and two less Ruzzian military jets is always a good thing.
It’s still half going in, if a country says no you can not enter and they do, that’s a physical violation of airspace …
so shoot it down?
