Just going by that clip it sounds very good. Very clear pronunciation and only a slight accent. He just sounds a bit unpracticed because he has to search for his words a bit. I know some people who are Germans, but have lived abroad since they were children and he reminds me a lot of how they talk.

Very good. I met a German once at the airport in the US that had emigrated to the US 50 years ago and his German was worse.
