Honor to the heroes.
This is what strikes me as the biggest difference between Russians and Ukrainians. Russian people tend to be far more concerned about themselves while Ukrainian people look outward; they care so much for others that some will quite literally risk their lives for another. Time and again they have shown this.
“There is no greater love than when a person lays down their lives for others”. Paraphrasing, but it’s true.
WELL DONE!
This is the kind of thing that matters greatly. They are fighting for each other and has hard as this war gets, I’m sure it’s a little easier to cope with when you see the armed forces fighting for you and the ones you love. That it isn’t just about the mission, that the people ARE the mission.
