Are we back on this one? Does any party seriously think something like this is even remotely feasible or are they just taking their turns at saying stuff to grab headlines?
For starters, what would be the plan to replace the 150,000+ foreign nurses that work in the UK? Last I checked most of them weren’t on £38,700 and many weren’t citizens.
Ripping settled status from anybody is cruelty at a political level. An indefinite right should never be arbitrarily taken from a person like this.
Cruelty would be an understatement if this ever comes to fruition. The only parallel is Hitlers eviction of the Jews from Germany!
The fact we’re even talking about this shows how badly we’ve veered off course in this country!
Why do we need clarity on something that isn’t going to happen from a government that isn’t in power? Just ignore them they’re just trying to out racist reform.
