Ho ricevuto questo messaggio oggi e non so come procedere. Quando chiamo il numero di telefono indicato, mi viene indicato di parlare con il bot AI e nessuna persona risponde effettivamente. Il numero di riferimento che hanno fornito qui indica un debito di circa 400€ ma non ho altre informazioni come quale compagnia, perché e nemmeno la data. Sono abbastanza preoccupato per questo. Anche il sito web non è utile e non c’è modo di contattarli. Cosa devo fare dopo o qualcuno ha riscontrato una situazione simile?

This is 100% Scam and is not a reasonable way to get in touch with you about outstanding payments or anything like that. Reasons:
* unknown Messenger/Sender
* anonymous Salutation
* bad grammar (missing umlauts/vowal mutation)
* suspicious Topic
* missing important Information
Don’t answer this kind of messages and never call those phone numbers. Just delete/Report Spam and go on with your day. There is nothing to worry about.
I think its not a scam. No benefit in it, since the number they ask you to call back is the real number of that legal inkasso company.

I never comment on anything on this site but you get many false replies on this matter.
Last month I also got this message and like many users here I also thought it was a scam.
But it turned out to be legit.
I forgot to pay something for Klarna (dumb I know) and they even sent me messages that I have still open payments.
You should at least call them and speak to a person.
They can help you on this matter and explain the reasoning behind the messages.
You can also use the reference number on their site to check why you have to pay.

This company contacted me years ago. I had bought some cheap headphones with klarna and used an old email adress by mistake. They must have sent a bill by regular mail but i was gone for a month so after i returned from my holiday the first thing i saw was a letter by that company with a bill. I called Klarna to complain but they were right because i had used an old email adress that i never check. I ended up paying 70 Euros for cheap headphones (worth around 20Euros). Anyways, the company ia legit and they work for Klarna. They must have tried to send you a bill that went back to them and they are trying to contact you. Just call them and ask what happened if you havent ordered anything.
If people want to reach you for Inkasso, you’ll get physical mail.
