Ho visto persone pubblicare video su YouTube mentre esploravano o interagivano con persone in Polonia senza offuscare i loro volti, quindi sono curioso di sapere se questo si estende anche alle persone “di background”. In questo video, ad esempio, ci sono tonnellate di persone riprese senza essere sfocate e sono quasi certo che a loro non sia stato chiesto il permesso. Allora qual è la portata della legge sulla pubblicazione di persone senza il loro consenso diretto? Solo negli spazi pubblici o privati? O è quando si interagisce con loro?

Not sure if anything changed, but it used to be a highly interpretative subject way back when. If you’re just a person in the crowd or background, no one needed permission from you to publish your likeness, but if you were being interviewed then some kind of release form was required.
You can lookup this subject in terms of photography, I think the same rules apply.
You can record a crowd of people as a part the background iirc. You have to ask for permission to record someone specifically, unless they’re a public figure e.g. Donald Tusk.
