Its in swedish, not norwegian.
Directly translated it reads;
“The coffeetear the best is
of all earthly drinks”
The coffee-drop [kaffetåren is a kind of nickname for a cup of coffee] the best is, of all earthly drinks. Swedish.
Kaffetåren den bästa är av alla jordiska drycker
sip-of-coffee the best is of all earthly drinks:
Coffee is the best of all drinks on earth.
It is swedish. In norwegian it would spell like this:
Kaffetåren den beste er av alle jordiske drikker.
So – pretty much the same, just a bit of spelling changes.

Translates to
“The coffee sip the best is / of all earthly drinks.”
