I thought Spanish government funding new Woody Allen movie was odd. Then I read Madrid government and everything fell into place.
Madrid, the Partido Popular (of course) is the one founding it.
Will end up with us paying a rich foreigner who has more than enough money and seeing non of the profit, as always.
