    1. The problem with this is that the vast majority of DPD drivers are employed by a franchise owner and not DPD directly.

      I agree but it needs a mechanism otherwise it would be abused.

      Such as raising a greigance + 14 days notice to allow the company to respond, and any action (such as strike action) also requiring 14 days notice.

      Jeez what a racket. No employment contract though so there is limited recourse unless they group up to go to high court.
