      The knives are well and truly out! Follows on from James O’Connors opinion piece the other day.

      Bring on big Jim. Now or never. We need Michael Martin out of office for the good of our country.

      There seems to be a paralysis in government alright.

      FF and FG need to sit on the opposition benches for a while.

      What is the alternative though? A left of centre coaltion would fall out with eachother in a few weeks but maybe it is time to give it a go.

      I haven’t read it but “the party that got things done” had outright majorities or was senior coalition partner by big margins. What happened was people stopped voting for ya because you drove the economy into a wall. Not a hard puzzle

      The party that got things done???? For Dublin and Cork and ministers constituencies maybe. Outside of those self appointed elites they don’t give a toss.

      Anyone who stayed with FF after the Mahon Tribunal and they brought in the IMF shouldn’t be taken seriously on preaching about party membership

      I never understood why Martin was given a second chance after the 2008 crash, he was a cabinet minister.

      He needs to be put to pasture.

      They party of today were reared by the party that got things done through whatever means possible, including but not limited to, corruption. It’s harder to get away with corruption now so the _red-tape_ isn’t something they’re historically used to.

      Hmm, I wonder who is orchestrating this? Definitely not a coincidence that more than one FF TD is coming out with this stuff and putting their names on it. Get ready for a “back to values” type campaign from one of the leadership contenders.

      Martin should have bowed out on his own terms for a nice EU job, don’t know why he insists on hanging on.

      That was just marketing. In reality it was the party that works for backhanders. And the thing that happened was that ye got caught.
