Rovine a Esch-sur-sure

Anyone knows anything about this old Hotel in Esch-Sur-Sure? I pass by all days when going to Wiltz and I’m always curious about it.

Looks like abandoned but it’s not, we always see one old man there and me and my family always ask a lot of questions. How he survives? How he ended there? How he manage to do the grocery et etc etc?

And about the hotel, why it became like that (in ruins)? Why they don’t “sell” and put this old man in a better place? So many questions and we are too curious xD
