A sovereign wealth fund has no business being invested in a meme stock. Divest now, and safeguard the nation wealth.
They voted no on his previous pay package both times as well, and it still got voted through easily. Not really anything new or unexpected here

I think a lot of the backlash against this is because people read “$1 trillion” and don’t bother reading after that to find out it’s fake money that will be “awarded” only if musk manages to hit specific targets.
And when the 1 trillion payment gets approved anyway, what are you going to do? Just shrug and keep giving money to Nazis? Divest now.
