Still….my question: What about **PERM**?!? Worth a visit in my pov….
Wow. 8 of the biggest 10 have been hit and, of those, all but one have been hit at least twice.
And just Ryazan and Volgograd have been hit a combined 19 times.
Of course, not every hit causes significant damage but the fact that air defense seems to be awfully ineffective is very encouraging – and should be very concerning for Putin and is probably really pissing off the oligarchs.
