      >…Red Hat Confirmed Sovereign Support (RHCSS). This initiative ensures critical IT operations remain under EU control.

      >RHCSS is designed to address the desire of European technology leaders to reduce their reliance on non-EU technology providers and strengthen control over data, technology, and operations. This localized model not only addresses regulatory compliance but also insulates organizations from shifting geopolitical pressures and enhances operational resilience.

      Good.

I think all tech corps are offering such packages, for example Google Cloud has agreements set in place with local companies in several countries in EU, that in the event it is forced out of EU , those companies will take over management and operation in the data centers, with zero disruption to the EU clients.

From the perspective of any corporation that operates in good faith, it makes perfect sense to offer services that a client wishes for. These “sovereign support” packages will of course be priced to make a profit. The alliance between US and EU has been weakening since Obama administration, so the only surprise is that it took this long for such services to be offered .
