Its a friendly spider that eats bugs that you might not like.
Ristilukki is the only spider you might not want to get bitten by, but even that is not dangerous, but more like something between mosquito and bee sting and its not aggressive trying to bite humans.

Whatever it is, it’s not venomous. Finnish spiders are cool guys.
Hard to tell but seems to be some genus of Wolf Spider family but like most spiders in Finland, harmless to humans.
Edit: Perhaps a Trochosa ruricola?

Gnaphosidae species looks a bit like that so maybe one of those, Gnaphosa montana has kind of that black, grey, brown colours. Very usefull, will eat every silverfish and small bug you have at your house, no harm to humans of pets. I don’t think it makes a web so that won’t be an issue if you choose to keep it. If not try and find a shelter where it might find warmth and food over the winter, if you release it near it’ll most likely just find it’s way back in.
