Yea, go insult an anti-Erdogan candidate elected by local Turkish Cypriot votes despite Turkey’s intervention to election process as “Turk puppet regime president” even before negotiations begin.
Thats why you’ll never get an unified Cyprus. There is nothing unifying between you and me.

Can we stop calling him “pro-federal solution,” and more importantly, can we stop calling him a “pResIdEnT”? Like every other TC leader before him, his priority is to serve Turkey’s interests. We saw that from his very first statements, and he continues to prove it with everything he says. So far, his message has been the same: “bad Greeks and bad EU, good Turkey guaranteeing our security.” That’s all he’s been saying since he got “elected.”
Let’s stop pretending he’s genuinely pro-federal solution (and that the “bad” GCs aren’t). If by pro federal we mean a “federal solution” designed to serve Turkey’s interests and legitimise the presence of the Turkish army, all at the expense of the Greek Cypriots, then yes, we agree.
