Ciao a tutti. Ho preso questo hamburger al formaggio e quando l’ho tagliato, l’interno sembrava molto morbido e piuttosto rosa/crudo, come la tartare. Alcuni pezzi di carne macinata si sono staccati.

    Hanno sostituito il mio hamburger quando l’ho fatto notare, ma il personale e il proprietario/gestore hanno detto che è la normale cottura dei loro hamburger. Non mi è stato chiesto quale fosse la cottura preferita quando ho ordinato.

    È tipico qui o ti sembra crudo?

    Non voglio lamentarmi, voglio solo sapere se mi manca qualcosa

      If its fresh mince, some people will serve it like that, if it was frozen it can give you food poisoning.

      Burger should never be medium!!! Always well done as it’s made by grounded meat and the bacterial charge is much higher in grounded meat.

      Nah, pink is one thing but it should be just that, a little pink; not raw or red; this was probably cooked from frozen and someone pulled it too early

      Food safety auditor here; no it’s not safe. It’s never safe to eat undercooked burgers. I am going to spare you the explanation unless you ask for it.
