Ciao a tutti, avrei bisogno di un consiglio. Vivo a Limassol e dietro casa mia c’è un terreno vuoto tra due case. Il mio vicino della casa a sinistra continua ad ammucchiare enormi quantità di legno e rottami metallici contro il mio muro: ormai la pila è alta più di tre metri.
Sembra che raccolga legna e rottami da vendere, e penso che usi la legna per riscaldarsi poiché probabilmente non ha elettricità. Il problema è che ciò crea un grave rischio di incendio e potrebbe attirare parassiti o causare altri problemi.
Non penso nemmeno che la terra gli appartenga, ma la tratta come se fosse sua e non permette a nessun altro di usarla. Non parla inglese e non è molto amichevole, quindi è stato impossibile parlargli.
Qualcuno sa a chi posso rivolgermi a riguardo? come il comune, i vigili del fuoco o qualcun altro? Voglio solo ripulire tutto in sicurezza.

We know a person whose house burned down in the recent fires because a neighbor had garbage stashed in their back wall. The garbage caught fire and it spread to their back veranda back cover and then to their roof
Call your Municipality. Someone will come over to check. Hopefully .

I have a very similar problem with my neighbor, but he stacks old pallets and fire wood in his parking port, and because the parking port is full of this trash he parks all his cars on the small street we live in. No need to mention he is a proper old school tick as a pigshit Cypriot born and raised in the deep villages. The other day I had a fight with him to clean all the trash but the guy is not taking so I went to the municipality and they said they gonna send someone to inspect the coming week. Hope they give him a hefty fine and clean all that trash and gather all his broken down cars inside his parking port.
