      written by somebody that probably has dementia or something. if it happens again you could show that to the police, maybe they have a clue but honestly that’s not a threat. somebody is ill and writes some stuff he maybe used to do years ago and puts it into your mailbox. maybe that person lived there decades ago? who knows

      Edit: It says “MFG Frank Händler” so maybe you even have a name if that happens again

      This looks just like some gibberish schizo posting. I think he (sb named Frank Händler(?)) counts the alphabetical numbers in words and then “sees” some sings in it?

      It doens´t seem to be a direct attack on you, but those people can become dangerous because they are hard to read and judge.

      The Person that wrote it has a psychosis it’s just weird nonsense. Probably not targeting you but make it known to Police so they can A) Look after the Person (they wrote down their Name „Frank Händler“) and B) You never know if they don’t include you in their psychosis so it’s just better to report it even though the chances are slim to none.

      The letter is brabbling about “Logensymbolik”, likely talking about Freimaurer (Free masons). The author is probably lamenting about symbolisms in your city, overall just insane conspiracy stuff. The author is in dire need of psychological help.

      If you figure out who it was, you can contact your local Sozialpsychiatrischer Dienst and give them the details. I personally, if I saw him running around, would probably just call 112 and tell them, they should sort it out. That person may be a risk to himself or others, so I do think this would be warranted.
