Not forgotten by me… I watch the drone videos, drone footage against Russians and GoPro footage of Ukrainians dealing with it.

I relate the horrors to colleagues and friends.

Watching these horrors did ‘program’ my nervous system. My alertness and adrenaline surges when I hear the buzz of a drone merely from having watched all these videos, until I got a real memory… some idiot almost crashed his drone into my 6yo. There was a sudden increasing buzz, I searched the sky frantically, saw it last second and pulled my son aside. All that effort and energy to avoid a direct hit, and those in Ukraine carry bombs with shrapnel.
