A gennaio dovrò cambiare nuovamente lavoro.

1. Note the information on [the Berlin website here](https://service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/326856/en/):

    > B) Your EU Blue Card does not need to be changed if you have already been in employment subject to compulsory insurance for at least one year.
    >
    > In cases A) and B) you have already gained free access to the German labor market.
This means that you can change to any other job by law without prior authorization. It is not necessary to change your residence title for employment. The Berlin Immigration Office (LEA) will issue you with a certificate on request.

Note that it says “without prior authorization”

when will it expire for the first time? or have you ever extended your BC? My BC was only 2 years, so when I extended it, there was a new note like: I can change job without permission from the ABH.

You don’t need to change it. If you change your job the new company might want you to change it because they are not aware of the rule, but in general after 24 months (or 12 months if you got the Blue Card from last year) you don’t need to notify them about the job change. I had similar issue when applying for citizenship and I just explained the situation to the clerk and they understood it.

Found this from LEA in one of the pdfs they have attached for information :

    B) If you have been issued an EU Blue Card without the approval of the Federal Employment
    Agency:
    In this case, the ancillary stipulation „Beschäftigung und AG-Wechsel gemäß § 18g Abs. 1 S. 1
AufenthG erlaubt“ (‘employment and change of employer in accordance with § 18g par. 1 sentence
1 AufenthG permitted’) is entered on your extension page to the electronic residence permit.
You are therefore permitted to engage in any employment appropriate for your qualifications,
provided that in the current calendar year 2025 you receive a minimum gross income of € 4,025.00
per month, with reference to the regular salary agreed in the employment contract – variable special
payments of any kind should not be included. If you fulfil these criteria, a change of your EU Blue Card
is not necessary and will only be carried out when it has to be extended.
Until then, if your employer or other public authorities or offices have enquiries, please present them
    with this fact sheet.
If you have any further questions, more information can be found on the homepage of the Berlin
    Immigration Office https://www.berlin.de/einwanderung.
