      The additional grounds for refusal is literally disappearing because almost every development with a “community amenity space” has an empty white box that no one knows what to do with. It will no longer be a condition when upcoming changes take place. Silly that it still helps shut this down. That and silly geese.

      Rightly so the Brent goose is a protected species so its habitat must be protected.

      Marlet have spent a seven figure sum on attempting to acquire planning permission on this site, not to mention the land price of the site.

      Just shows the absolute shambles when you’ve an operator like Crean willing to deliver 500+ units like they just have in Howth, yet he’s been curtailed by a system that has been weaponised to be anti-development. No doubt he will get it developed in some shape eventually.
