The most efficient rocket propellant is everywhere on earth. Hydrogen and oxygen. If you’re inclined to use a solid propellant some perchlorate, metal, fuel and explosive composition can be sufficient to make an icbm if desired. Military applications typically demand the latter. 1) Electrolysis of sodium chloride with a platinum catalyst yields chlorate. Mix with Kcl in solution, potassium chlorate. 2) Electrolysis again with a concentrated solution to potassium perchlorate. 3) ???? 4) Ammonium perchlorate/profit! Add some powdered aluminum, some organic fuel, a small percentage of RDX and you’ve got a solid propellant that can fly faster than Mach 3! Yay, what fun.

make plenty and send to moscow, asap!
Most use solid propellant. If i remember correctly , liquid needs to be mixed prior to launch… at least the older Soviet stuff did.
Yellow propellant = hypergolic fuel
Extra spicy!
The nice thing about hypergolic fuel is that the fuel is still a bomb if it is shot down.
