Era la prima volta che cucinavo un vero piatto, quindi ho seguito una ricetta trovata su internet. Non ha un bell’aspetto, ma ha un sapore davvero buono. Grazie a chi l’ha postato per avermi dato l’idea di realizzarlo! (Non sono finlandese, ma francese, e sono riuscita a trovare quasi tutti gli ingredienti senza problemi, tranne l’aneto).

Yah, the broth looks too cloudy. Something definitely went wrong but if it tastes good it doesn’t really matter.
You’ll get it perfect next time around.
I think it looks pretty great.
But what you are missing here is some proper rye bread to go with it.
