Salve, vorrei sapere se qualcuno ha qualche info su questo coltello. Apparentemente è prodotto in Germania e sembra essere vecchio. L’ho trovato nel cassetto di mia nonna. Lo affilerò e lo userò, ma sono solo curioso di sapere l’età o qualsiasi altra informazione se qualcuno ne ha.

It’s a knife. At least the blade was made in Solingen at J.A. Henckels/Zwilling.
The blade looks like stainless steel so don’t put it in a dishwasher.
From what I’ve found it was made between 1932 and the late 1960’s early 1970’s.
