Perm refinery is an eyesore

I was going to say that Perm must have the best and most air defenses that Russia has left.
And yet the latest numbers I saw that was the result of the AFU’s “kinetic sanctions” (I don’t know who first used that term, but I like it.) was 37%.
Over one third. Russia is bleeding, just hoping an artery gets hit soon to hasten Russias collapse.
How I wish they were hit with missiles and not 50kg drone warheads
