This is Tempest Group receiving their rain ponchos. We got them 50 of these at a discounted rate of 490 hrivyna each. We ordered extra as they often use these not just to wear but to cover their positions. They often get destroyed or left behind on missions and we don’t want them to run out.

These were paid for through donations to our joint fund with Ukraine Frontline. This is for 501c3 compliant items like clothing, food, hygiene supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. PAV handles the purchasing in Ukraine, from Ukrainian companies and negotiates bulk discounts. Right now donations here are primarily covering winter gear as everyone needs socks, hats, neck warmers, thermal clothing, rain ponchos, sleeping bags, and hand/foot warmers.

They will use this drone in training to learn to hide from Russian thermal drones.
