La Bielorussia dovrebbe mantenere il suo produttore di automobili una volta diventata democratica?

What does becoming democratic have to do with automotive manufacturing? I could imagine the EU regulations making it unprofitable or impossible, but then again, democracy does not necessarily entail EU membership either.
