Rockstar knows they’ll make a ton of money when they release GTA 6 and they’ll pay the settlement, busting the unionisation is the likely goal.
Don’t fuck with Europe’s countries when it comes to firing employees for no reason. Everyone here will destroy your company and you will be fined billions in cash.
If you want to fire employees after hiring them. Stay in Russia/NorthKorea/US/China.
