So this guy has been sentenced, but he is on bail and the sentence has not yet been carried out. It’s the courts discretion to give bail vs house arrest vs jail until sentencing and it’s not like he’ll serve less, if he’s in jail it’s credit to his sentence he’ll just be out sooner.

Also why is there no correction that the statute of limitations does not apply here since he has already been sentenced???? It doesn’t have an affect on the sentence only on the ability to initiate proceedings
