La Germania potrebbe sostenere il “Chat Control”, la scansione di massa di tutti i messaggi privati

what if I encrypt my texts locally using aes-256 and then send the encrypted file as texts. What would they do then? I just don’t get the point of such surveillance. If I am a piece of shit terrorist, I can easily go the extra mile. How would this stop that other than actually creating inconvenience for regular people?
