      Is pretty much the Same like Best Regards or Best wishes 🙂 in this case they sent greetings from their hometown

      I think it’s supposed to be short for “liebe Grüße” (best regards), a common closing salutation, that you often find at the end of semi-formal messages like e-mail or letters

      Its an expression same the one used on ending an email. Used mainly in none formal way.
