Sono solo curioso di sapere come lo fanno perché suppongo che sulle banche tradizionali questo non sia possibile.

By default Yuh/Swissquote doesn’t provide real custody of your shares, they buy them for themselves and issue an IOU. All investors’ shares are pooled in a single “omnibus” account. This is actually the default mechanism at all the competitive brokers as it’s obviously a lot cheaper to operate. This also allows them to offer fractional trading, at least on some stocks.
