So did every other government on the planet. This feels like a “well I certainly would have made perfect decisions in a crisis!” hit job by politicians who do not have to deal with the crisis.

That article is biased to oblivion, just another attempt to throw mud at Marin and her governmet.
I mean, not here to defend her or anything like that…but some fairness for hecksake…

If they would have spent money for dinners, useless gala events, stupid infrastructures, then I would understand.

But calling administration expenses and municipal finances “reckless”, that’s just sensationalism.

Reckless is the expenditure of the local goverments in places like Turku, where they dig for YEARS in the main square to build a useless parkin space.
Or the Funikulaari.

Now those are reckless.
