Ho comprato questo Flexo – Spasersko per 600, nuovo. In questi 7 mesi dall’acquisto l’ho usato solo una parte del tempo, come normale abbigliamento da strada di tutti i giorni, ed è già usurato e distrutto. Sono così stanco di questo tipo di spazzatura di bassa qualità…. Qualche consiglio su dove e quale marca di scarpe da ginnastica potrei comprare che durino a lungo, nella regione di Oslo o online? Sono disposto ad aumentare il prezzo se è di buona qualità.

Take them back and say that these do not live up to the quality standard that you were expecting, and that you would like to get a new pair or your money back, since they probably can’t fix this damage.
(They have the right to offer a repair if they want), if the issue prevails after the first repair, you have the right to claim your money back.
They are not limited to give you a giftcard, you have the right to claim your cash back if they won’t/can’t repair.
Edit: if the model is no longer available, you are entitled to a similar pair as the price you paid originally. Something that could arguably replace the same form and functionality.
check hoka sneakers, you can find better shoes in XXL or stadium outlet. I find that Dinsko, Skoringen and Eurosko have low-mid quality for shoes that aren’t for everyday use or training. Also check zalando for online purchases
