      Why would Ukraine be on board with this “Peace plan”? It asks them to surrender all of their occupied land, cripple their military, and essentially just become a Russian vassal state.

      That’s not a Peace Plan that’s a Surrender.

      Of course they aren’t. The deal doesn’t contain any guarantees that Russia will not be able to restart the war. Agreeing to this plan would mean the end of Ukraine.
